HANZA Holding AB, a company listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm stock exchange, (hereinafter referred to as “HANZA”) has acquired German mechatronics company Ritter Elektronik GmbH from RITTER Beteiligung GmbH. The total purchase price is EUR 12 million, made up of EUR 7.2 million in cash and 3,000,000 new shares.

Background information: HANZA specializes in production solutions and has a global turnover of EUR 200 million. The company has operations in six countries including China. Ritter Elektronik has production facilities in Germany and the Czech Republic.
